This video by Eskei83 is hyped on youtube since last wednesday! 1500 clicks in 5 days – wow!

It’s the first demo of his very own live show called “The-DJ-Remix by Eskei83″ bringing a live-dj-performance to the clubs. well known tracks will be remixed by using it’s turntables and a software sequenzer.

Inspired by DJ Enferno’s Live Remix Project (he’s using a synthesizer, sequencer and keyboards for his performance to live remix tracks), Eskei83 is creating new edits of tracks live in the club using a software synthesizer, drum machines and his turntables.

Was für eine Woche! Die atemberaubende Live-Show der Roccat-Crew mit DJ Eskei83 an den Decks war das Highlight auf der GamesCom 2010 in Köln. Mehr als 400.000 Leute kamen um die neusten Computer Games und Gamer Technik auszuchecken und bekamen dazu noch eine einzigartige Party. Die Roccat-Stage rockte die GamesCom.

What a crazy week! The stunning highlight of the GamesCom 2010 was definetely the show by Roccat and Eskei83! more then 400.000 people went nuts at the roccat booth and had a party like there’s no tomorrow.

Vergangenen Mittwoch ging die neuste Entwicklung von Serato (No.1 DJ Software) und Ableton (Live Performance & Producing Software) in die Public Beta Phase. Die neue Software ist jetzt endlich für jeder Mann zum testen freigegeben. DJ’s wie Jazzy Jeff, Kenny Dope oder ?uestlove von The Roots loben die neue Software in höchsten Tönen und sprechen von einer bahnbrechenden Neuerung in der DJ-Welt. Eskei83 hat die Ehre das neue Mixtape-Feature der “The Brigde Software” im offiziellen Video vorstellen zu dürfen!

Bei diesem Feature handelt es sich um eine Verknüpfung von Serato Scratch Live und Ableton Live und eröffnet dem DJ eine völlig neue Art der Performance. Der Vinyl-DJ wird zum Live-Act.

Ausserdem kannst du mit dem Mixtape-Feature deine Mixe aufnehmen und nachträglich bearbeiten, da alles non-destruktiv aufgezeichnet wird. Das komplette Audio-Material sowie Fader und EQ-Bewegungen werden aufgezeichnet und können nachträglich editiert werden.

This new feature allows DJs using Serato Scratch Live and Ableton Live a new experience of performing! You can record your mixes in a non destructive way: the audio is recorded and all fader-, eq und effect movements are recorded in midi data! so you be able to edit your mix after recording.
